When will I receive my order?
Items ship within 2-3 business days. We have hired a company to ensure fast shipping all over the United States!
My order shows as delivered; however, I have not received it. What should I do?
Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to alert us of the package problem. Fortysix and Five is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
I received my order, but it was damaged. What should I do?
Unfortunately, with the fragility of our products, this can happen. Please contact us immediately at email@example.com with pictures of the damage. Damaged items can be handled one of two ways:
- We can create a claim with USPS for reimbursement of the item and send a replacement once the reimbursement has been received.
- If you prefer a refund, you can request a reimbursement check be sent directly to you by creating a claim via your local USPS.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges. All sales are final. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
I love my mug. How do I care for it?
Our heat-pressed, smooth ink mugs are microwavable and dishwasher safe.
Our hand-painted mugs should be considered as a display mug and are typically not for everyday use. However, it they are top-rack dishwasher safe and can heat dry.
Can I place a bulk order?

Do you ship internationally?
Yes; however, you would be responsible customs and tariffs.
What are your shipping costs?
Shipping costs vary based on the amount of items ordered. The standard shipping cost is $6.50.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
Yes, you can select expedited shipping. The cost will be provided for you.
Can I rush an order?
Yes, you can purchase a rush for your order. The cost will be provided for you.
